Photographing Warrington II by Harry Wells

Popular local Historian Harry Wells has been photographing Warrington since 1972. The talk takes place in two parts, firstly 'Travails with a box camera' consists of his efforts to photograph the old town centre with a box camera in the early seventies before the redevelopment. The second part takes us on a walk from Market Gate down Buttermarket Street and Church Street then back via Brick Street to finish at Cockhedge Mills.

£17.50 per ticket and includes traditional afternoon tea

Town Hall, Warrington, WA1 1UH - enter via the reception.

Includes a traditional afternoon tea with cakes, sandwiches and tea/coffee.
