HER: a women's wellness social

HER is more than a workout — it’s a women’s wellness social designed to bring women together through movement, grounding, and real connection. This 2 hour event will include an immersive experience that blends; a grounding journaling excerise, with a lower body band and core workout, followed by an upper body barre sculpt session, all topped off with a yoga flow, and sound bath to help us close out the day. This all in one energizing, feel-good experience is designed to support both the body and the nervous system.

• Upper Body Barre Sculpt workout led by Christie, founder of MCG
• Yoga led by Caren, founder of cp:yoga

HER has been designed to created as a safe, welcoming space where women from all walks of life can show up exactly as they are — no pressure, no perfection, no performance.

We are proud to partner exclusively with women-owned businesses to create an experience rooted in community, collaboration, and collective empowerment.

All attendees will receive a HER branded journaland enjoy a beverage from After School Coffee House.

Vitalify MedSpa will also be on site, offering free B12 energy injection and quick hormone/weight management consults. Stay tuned as we announce other women owned partnership that will be on-site day of providing services and gifts allowing us the opportunity to support and empower one another!
