The mother wound sits at the root of many emotional, behavioural, and relational patterns, shaping how we experience safety, self-worth, boundaries, and connection. Whether our relationship with our mother was nurturing, absent, inconsistent, or complex, the imprints formed early in life often continue to influence adult choices, health, abundance, and intimacy—frequently outside of conscious awareness.

In this foundational workshop, Looking at Healing the Mother Wound , we gently and effectively access the subconscious beliefs, emotional memories, and inherited patterns linked to the maternal line. Working at the theta brainwave state allows us to move beyond surface-level insight and into deep energetic and belief-based change, without reliving trauma or assigning blame.

This session focuses on awareness, identification, and initial clearing. You will explore how the mother wound can show up as people-pleasing, emotional suppression, fear of rejection, over-responsibility, blocked creativity, or difficulties receiving love and support. You will begin to release outdated programmes and replace them with supportive, nourishing truths aligned with safety, worthiness, and self-trust.

Part 1 ilays the groundwork for deeper maternal lineage work, inner child repair, and feminine energy restoration explored in later sessions. No prior experience with ThetaHealing is required—just a willingness to look inward with compassion and curiosity..
