Healing Circle - for Women

A nourishing and intuitive gathering where women come together to connect, release, and restore. Each circle has its own theme and flow, guided by what the group needs in the moment. Expect a mix of grounding and creative practices such as self-massage, meditation, sound healing, somatic movement, shaking, intuitive card reading, writing, and sharing. Every week it's different!

This is a safe, heart-centered space to find comfort, to reconnect with your body, and to remember your natural rhythm. You don’t need any experience, simply come as you are.

This is a space for women who wish to keep track of their well-being & want to dedicate time and space to their processes in life.

Optional: to drink a cup of cacao.

What to bring:

– Comfortable, layered clothing

– Journal & pen

– Anything you’d like to place on the altar

Come to soften, express, and be held in sisterhood.
