Harvard WECode is a global community of female-identifying and nonbinary undergraduates, aiming to promote more representation in the technical industry for those who have been historically marginalized. We believe every person, regardless of gender, should have equal opportunity to pursue a technical field.

Through our annual in-person and virtual conference, we have brought together 1000+ brilliant women and non-binary individuals in the tech industry to explore the latest trends, network with like-minded individuals, and gain valuable insights from renowned speakers.
