Happy Hour Work Sprints (Mocktail Edition)

Maybe you'll work on something mindless. Maybe you'll work on something mindful. Whatever the case, we'll make you a drink while you do it.

The Format

This event consists of three of our Sprint Sessions, back-to-back-to-back.

When you arrive, we'll have you set a goal for the 40-minute work period. Then you'll settle into our meditative space with a drink and a plan. After 40 minutes, we'll go back to the chalkboard to talk about how you did. And then we'll do it again. And again after that.

Plus: coffee, tea, and light snacks.

Our members "pay" with 2 - 3 hours from their monthly plans (depending on how long they stay). To learn more about memberships, visit our website.
