Gymshark Run Club X Banya Forrest

We're taking over Banya Forrest in Bluewaters Island and you're invited. 🏃

Join us for a 45-minute run, then cool off with a 1-hour post-run recovery session (ice baths and sauna included).

IMPORTANT:

Tickets are free but limited, on a first come, first served basis.

Please only choose ONE ticket per person - either RUN or RUN + RECOVERY

The run is open to all, but you must have a ticket to get access to the Banya post run.

Need to know bits:

You can leave your bags in the lockers at Banya Forrest

Please bring appropriate swimwear for the post run recovery session, gym wear is not permitted

Recovery session will only be available post run, to registered runners who opt for the RUN + RECOVERY ticket.
