Generation Women blends a lively literary salon with the tradition of handing down wisdom from community elders. Our diverse line-ups will make you laugh, cry, and reflect on the cycle of life. Alongside cis women, we cast all gender expressions including non-binary folk and trans women.

Our theme: THIS BODY: STORIES OF EXISTING OUT LOUD

Living in a body isn’t for the faint of heart.

This month, we’re talking about the real, raw, hilarious truth of existing in skin, bones, and everything in between. What our bodies have endured. What they’ve surprised us with. What it means to exist out loud when the world has a million opinions about it. These are stories of survival, celebration, and finally calling the shots about the bodies we live in.
