Garden Social Club: Plan Your Garden with TBG

Join us for a cozy night-in to discuss all things plants and your garden plans. In this sip and learn session, join Lead Horticulturist Leslie, to gain feedback on planning and designing your garden for the upcoming season. Leslie will also share insight into what garden prep work they are performing at TBG at this time of year, from seeds to garden maintenance and planting plans.

To make the most of this session, bring in photos or drawings of what you are looking to chat about, from “What is wrong with my plant?” to “How to edit my garden design?” and “What kind of maintenance does this need?” All are welcome.

Graph paper & other supplies will be provided for your planning needs.

Thursday, January 29 from 6:30-8:30 PM.

Registration: Public $25, TBG Members $20 (plus applicable taxes and fees)

About Leslie Hockley

TBG’s Lead Horticulturist, Leslie Hockley is passionate about all things public gardens. Before joining TBG in 2023, Leslie worked for several botanical gardens in North America in garden maintenance, design, tree care and plant records roles. She is a Red Seal Endorsed Horticulturist and has studied horticulture at Humber College and the Niagara Parks Commission School of Horticulture.
