About the Workshop:

Research shows that intentionally designed team building can improve performance and communication by up to 25%. In this interactive, hands-on workshop, Dr. Chris Cavert shows how purposeful program design turns activities into meaningful experiences that stick. Through active participation, you’ll explore the role of the facilitator, how design choices shape learning, and the difference between concepts (desired outcomes) and the behaviors needed to achieve them—giving you a clearer framework for choosing the right activities.

About Chris:

Dr. Chris Cavert brings more than 35 years of experience designing experiential programs for groups of all ages. He is the recipient of the AEE Karl Rohnke Creativity Award and the author of more than a dozen team-building activity books.

What You'll Receive:

Dr. Chris Cavert will provide each attendee with one digital resource from his store and a paperback copy of The Chiji Guidebook. You'll be able to choose your digital resource during the workshop, so we recommend reviewing the available options in advance.

In addition, Group Dynamix will provide a digital GWP write-up, including all games and activities from the workshop, so you can take the learning with you!
