Step into the golden era of Brazilian music — a sound that reshaped American jazz in the 1960s and 1970s and left an enduring mark on its culture. This concert explores the rich interplay between Brazil’s rhythmic soul and the adventurous spirit of jazz, from the sensual sway of bossa nova to bold, contemporary reinterpretations. Audiences will experience this cultural fusion through the music of iconic composers such as Antonio Carlos Jobim, Milton Nascimento, Djavan, Chick Corea, and more. A celebration of samba, MPB, and modern jazz, where easy, timeless grooves meet psychedelic adventure.
