The 2026 3-Day Format

Friday – Elevated Shadow Day at Jamison Shaw Hairdressers

Begin your experience inside our iconic 50-chair Atlanta salon. Observe Candy Shaw and our French cutters working with real guests in real time. This immersive shadow day allows you to study consultations, sectioning, angle placement, transitions, and the rhythm and flow of true French technique.

Saturday – Hands-On Immersion at SunQ (Sunlights Headquarters)

Saturday is a full day of learning at SunQ, home of Sunlights® education. You’ll refine sectioning, angle mapping, body mechanics, finger position, and French Cutting foundations. Work through a complete mannequin haircut, watch live model demos, and participate in our signature combing exercises that strengthen technique and confidence.

Sunday – Live Guests + Jam Session at Jamison Shaw Hairdressers

Return to the salon to put everything into practice. The morning begins with live demos from our top French cutters. In the afternoon, you’ll execute two real looks:
• One live haircut model
• One live blowout model
Guided mentorship and real-time feedback ensure you leave with clarity, confidence, and elevated skill.
