Have you been curious to learn about wild food and herbal medicine but don't know where to start?

These are creative outdoor sessions are a foundational introduction to all things foraging and herbalism, suitable for beginners and advanced levels. All ages and abilities welcome.

On this walk around Conham River Park we will find what edible and medicinal plants that are growing all around us.

You will learn how to identify and use some of the most common (and often most healing) plants with an experienced forager and herbalist.
