Joe McGovern is a producer and singer from Harrisburg, NC. He creates a mix of pop rock and hip hop songs accompanied by lyrics about self discovery, recovery, trauma, and mental health issues. He has 3 projects including his debut LP “Dancing on the Decks” which was released in September of 2023.
