Family Yoga: Love & Connection at Love Yoga Leeds

This uplifting session is all about connection, self-love and loving one another. You will enjoy moving, playing, and relaxing side by side. Expect partner poses, gentle yoga games, simple breathing exercises, and a guided relaxation to help everyone feel calm and content.

Think of it as a chance to slow down and warm up, like a little glow from the inside out.

No yoga experience is needed, and all ages are welcome.
