About This Event
Together we will move through an extra long yin yoga class themed for bringing new energy into spring, with breathwork & guided meditation
Welcome to Extra Long Yin Yoga with breathwork! Join us at Yoga Lab Dublin on March 1, 2026 at 4:00 PM for a rejuvenating experience. This session will focus on deep, meditative poses held for an extended period to target connective tissues.
Bring a journal for some prompts to contemplate as we come into spring!
The studio will be warmed to a comfortable 25 degrees, but bring a shawl to get cozy for our breathwork and guided meditation.
