The School Nurses Organization of Arizona invites you to join us for the 36th Annual School Health Services Conference, "Lighting The Path From Passion to Practice", June 11, 2026, at the Desert Willow Conference Center in Phoenix, Arizona. This conference will provide an opportunity to receive up to date research based education to enhance skills and obtain resources. This professional development opportunity will promote safe and quality school health services for Arizona students.

Sponsorship & Exhibit Opportunity General Information

Dates: June 11, 2026

Location: Desert Willow Conference Center 4340 E. Cotton Center Blvd; Phoenix, AZ 85040

Sponsorship:

Gold – Includes: one exhibit table package, display of the sponsoring organizations provided banner or signage at the General Session on the day of the sponsored speaker’s presentation, acknowledgement during the general session on the day of the presentation, two (2) complimentary breakfast and lunch for the sponsoring organizations representatives, acknowledgement on the SNOA.org website and a link to their website. Cost: $2,000.00

Silver – Includes: one exhibit table, display of the sponsoring organizations provided banner or signage on the day of the session, acknowledgment during the sponsored session on the day of the presentation, acknowledgment on the SNOA.org webpage and one (1) complimentary breakfast and lunch for the sponsoring organization representative. Cost: $1,000.00

Bronze – Includes: one exhibit table package, a link on the SNOA.org resource page, one (1) complimentary breakfast and lunch for sponsoring organization representative. Cost: $500.00

**Scholarship – Many attendees have to pay out-of-pocket to attend the seminar, due to school district budget cuts. SNOA has initiated a scholarship program to assist deserving health office staff with attending the seminar.

Payment: To ensure a space at the exhibit event, the registration on Eventbrite and full payment should be received by June 1, 2026. No exceptions to this. No late entry will be received after June 1, 2026. SNOA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to allocate space on any other basis it deems appropriate.

Cancellation: If the exhibit event should be canceled, due to circumstances beyond the control of the School Nurses Organization of Arizona, the exhibitor shall waive any claims of damages or compensation. No refunds and no refund for non-attendance.

Confirmation: Confirmation of your registration will be sent out by Eventbrite.

Exhibit Date & Hours: Monday, June 11, 2026; 7:00 AM breakfast with the exhibitors (set up 6:30AM - removed by 5:00PM)

Exhibit Fees: Includes: one six-foot table, two chairs, and table sign. Tables will be assigned when table is paid in full. Additional tables can be reserved for a fee (see the Eventbrite registration at SNOA.org for additional information.)

Meals: One Complimentary breakfast and lunch will be provided to the exhibitor. Additional breakfast/lunch must be purchased for $65.00 per person on Eventbrite. No day of event purchase.

Security: It is advised that exhibits be staffed by at least one person during the exhibit hours. The School Nurses Organization of Arizona or any of its supporters are not liable for damages or loss due to theft, fire, accident or any destructive causes. Exhibitors are advised to insure their own exhibit, display, and materials.

Electricity: Notify SNOA of any electrical outlets that may be needed for your exhibits.

Fees: For-profit exhibit booth - $310.00; Non-profit exhibit booth - $160.00

ID Badge: All exhibitors must obtain their own ID badge from their company. One badge for each employee working the exhibits.
