Beyond Limits: Building Wealth, Changing Lives

This year’s theme, Give to Gain, explores how investing in knowledge, community, and intentional financial planning can create lasting security and opportunity, not just for ourselves, but for future generations.

  • Pensions and long-term planning in a changing economy
  • Investing basics and wealth-building strategies
  • Budgeting and cash flow for real life

  • Building financial confidence and healthy money habits

All sessions are designed to be practical, relatable, and immediately actionable.

Why Attend

Since 2020, Roots to Froots has supported over 8,000 people through workshops, coaching, and events across the UK and internationally. EmpowerHer creates a safe, inclusive space where women can learn, ask questions, and connect with others on similar journeys.

EmpowerHer 2026 is proudly sponsored by PensionBee and Startups Magazine, supporting our shared mission to make financial education accessible, relevant, and empowering.

Why This Matters:

  • Financial Understanding: A 2020 study found that 58% of women reported a very good understanding of financial products and services, compared to 72% of men.
  • Financial Empowerment: In 2024, a Mastercard survey revealed that 58% of UK women feel financially empowered and in control of their money.
  • Investment Rates: As of 2023, two-thirds (67%) of women in the UK do not invest their money, compared to 56% of men, resulting in 3.3 million fewer women holding investments.
  • Confidence in Financial Advice: A 2023 study found that just 29% of women felt confident offering financial advice to friends and family, compared to 43% of men.

Let’s not just reflect on these numbers let’s take action to shape a future where women thrive, lead, and redefine wealth on their own terms.
