Empowered Childbirth in- person class

This class empowers women and their partners with all the information they need to make informed choices, and not only what to expect, but what you can do about it! We encourage partners to attend and they do not need a ticket to accompany you. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket, pillow, and an exercise ball so that you can fully interact during class. Bringing snacks and water is encouraged.

You must be pre-registered and confirmed to attend class. No add-ons are accepted.

Empowered Childbirth Class was created by a registered nurse with 20 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery RN. She has been a perinatal educator for more than 15years.
