Join us for a full-day, in-person planning experience designed to help you map out your entire 2026 marketing year with clarity, confidence, and direction.

This event is for women in business who want to stop winging their marketing and start the year with a clear, intentional roadmap. Across the day, you’ll be guided through planning your campaigns, key dates, events, launches, and revenue-driving moments, so you can see your year laid out and know exactly where your focus needs to be.

Led by Kadon Captain, alongside Charlotte Clark and Victoria Bahadoor from Empower Her Community, this is a hands-on planning day focused on structure, decision-making, and momentum. You’ll be supported to think big-picture, break the year into achievable phases, and build a marketing roadmap that works for your business and your capacity.

The day also includes group discussion and shared brainstorming, giving you the chance to draw inspiration from others in the room, sense-check ideas, and gain clarity through collective thinking, all while staying focused on your own plan.
