Embodiment: Floorwork & Confidence

This group is all about you — learning to be present and feeling confident and good in your own skin. This isn’t just a dance class; it’s about presence, self-connection, and building confidence through movement. This class is open to everyone. All levels and abilities are welcome. It is a safe, inclusive space that celebrates all bodies and welcomes the LGBTQIA+ community. What to expect The class is 1.5 hours. During this time, you’ll learn a variety of floorwork moves and short sequences, take part in confidence-building exercises, and be encouraged to explore your creativity. This isn’t about simply following along or learning a routine — it’s about exploration, expression, presence, and confidence. 📍 Location The class takes place at Liverpool Arts Bar on Hope Street. Please note: there are two dance studios in different parts of the city — make sure you attend the Hope Street location.
