A Cacao & Gentle 9D Breathwork Journey

An International Women’s Day gathering to honour the woman you are beneath the roles, expectations, and noise.

This is an invitation to return to your body, to your heart, and to the deep inner knowing that has always been there.

Through ceremonial cacao, gentle somatic practices, and soft breathwork, you’ll be guided into a space of remembrance, release, and reconnection.

This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you already are.

The grounding afternoon will include cacao, somatic practices, a guided 9D breath journey, and time for rest, reflection, and optional journalling.

A soft, supportive space for women to be held, witnessed, and nourished.

No previous experience with breathwork or cacao needed.
