Element Sound Bath Series: Earth

Each sound bath experience will weave together each element with intention setting, ritual, brief movements and breathwork, followed by an Audio Alchemy element themed curated backing track produced by Darko, with myself facilitating the live sounds with my instruments to match, creating a playful, yet profound soothing experience.

Nourish your roots, down to your bones, in soothing frequencies of our Earth Elemental Sound Bath, a grounding journey designed to move through your body and calm your mind and nervous system with the healing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, metal bowls, buffalo drum, and other earth inspired tones, providing a nourishing and grounding experience.
