We’re delighted to welcome Vox (Mark Burgess), frontman of Chameleons, to St George’s Church for a very special early-evening performance, joined by Stephen Rice, guitarist of the band.

As one of the most influential voices to emerge from Manchester’s post-punk era, Vox has built a legacy defined by emotion, atmosphere and poetic songwriting. He helped shape a sound that has inspired generations of artists — from The Killers and Interpol to Oasis and Editors.

This performance sees Mark presenting songs from across his catalogue with Stephen Rice’s distinctive guitar work to accompany the set, bringing an added layer of connection to the band’s formative sound.

As with all Early Doors Club events, the show will take place early in the evening, making it accessible, welcoming and relaxed.
