This Zen Den experience uses immersive light, sound, and frequency to gently awaken the nervous system after winter’s stillness. Rhythmic soundscapes, subtle visual stimulation, and vibrational resonance invite the body and mind into a state of renewed awareness and curiosity. Designed to soften, open, and re-sensitize, Awakening marks the beginning of a new seasonal rhythm.
