Description

Brunch is a New Orleans tradition. So join in the fun by spending a little time in our kitchen learning to make some of the mid-day favorites that New Orleans is famous for. Working with a small team in our kitchen, you'll create the meal and then enjoy the results of your efforts. 

For ages 18 & up.

• Creole Virgin Mary 

• Shrimp Remoulade Salad

• Eggs Sardou (Poached Eggs, Spinach, Artichokes & Hollandaise)

•  Bananas Foster French Toast

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
