Corvus Reserve Coffee Event - Aether Gesha

This in-person tasting event at our Uptown café is a thank-you to our guests who have been enjoying our Reserve-level coffees, and as a preview of what is ahead.

This evening will center around Aether, an exceptionally rare Gesha produced by Jamison Savage using an argon-macerated washed process. This coffee was featured in the winning routine at the 2025 World Barista Championship, and opportunities to experience it are extremely limited.

During the event, you will taste Aether prepared in multiple ways, participate in guided tastings, and take part in a coffee-based game with a special prize. Our coffee team will be on hand throughout the evening to answer questions and share insights on what makes Reserve coffees unique, as well as practical guidance for brewing them at home.

Each attendee will receive a 60g tin of Aether to take home. Space is limited, and one ticket per person is required.
