Community Check-In • Doing the Work, Out Loud is for:

• Anyone aware of their patterns and feeling called to do something different
• People new to wellness practices who want a supportive introduction
• Those who value community, new experiences, and moving at their own pace

This space is for those who feel stuck in repeating cycles and want support stepping into the next version of themselves.

This is not a traditional conference or intensive workshop. The day is intentionally paced, choice based, and focused on foundational 101 level wellness practices.

This event is designed around choice, grounding, and community. You can expect:

• A grounding opening led by a licensed therapist to help frame the day
• Pick-your-practice sessions focused on foundational wellness tools
• Community breaks to rest, reflect, connect, and visit vendors
• An intentional closing to integrate the day and move forward with clarity

Practices are introductory and accessible, making this a great space for beginners or anyone wanting to revisit the basics.

Full wellness workshop lineup will feature:

• Breathwork 101: Foundations for Calm
• Sound Healing 101: Getting Started with Sound
• Herbalism 101: Regulate the Nervous System

Sessions are designed to introduce the fundamentals so you can explore what resonates without overwhelm.

You’ll have the opportunity to attend more than one practice throughout the day.

Donation-Based Admission
Suggested donation will be listed at checkout. All contributions support community programming by The Villiage Kids,The Melanated Wholistic Wellness Fair, and event production.

The event will also feature health and wellness-based vendors, with multiple breaks throughout the day intentionally built in for browsing, connection, and conversation.
