This informal roundtable will bring together leaders from education, hospitality and fintech to share candid perspectives on how organizations are actually adopting AI today. Rather than a top-down keynote, the discussion will explore the tension between governance-driven approaches — security, compliance and the risks of shadow AI — and bottom-up adoption led by business teams through concrete use cases such as experimentation and hackathons.

The CEO of Le Wagon will share the company’s AI adoption journey, with a particular focus on the challenge of scaling AI beyond early adopters and the launch of a future company-wide AI training program. Alongside insights from the CDAIO of Club Med and the founder of a fintech, the conversation will offer practical lessons on how to move from experimentation to sustainable, organization-wide impact.
