Classic Series: Feeling Sheepish? Pecorino, Brebis and More!—$75

Thanks to the unique composition of the milk that comes from those fluffy ewes, sheep's milk cheeses have incomparable complexity and depth of flavor.

At this class you will taste and learn why this type of cheese occupies a special place in cheesemongers' hearts (and in their bellies). We will lead an exploration of the world of sheep's milk cheese from iconic, well-known styles like French brebis, Italian pecorino and Spanish manchego, to more obscure and rarified examples.

This tasting will take you on this educational journey from the Pyrenees to La Mancha to Corsica! As always, the cheese will be paired beautifully with traditional condiments, beer and wine.

To fully participate in the class:

1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.

2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 6:30pm. This is a standing event in our Kendall retail setting. The duration of the class is about forty-five minutes. After class, there will be time to shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).

3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
