This month we are bringing you an exceptional experience to truly learn the art of cocktail making and how Vermouth plays a vital role in your favorite cocktails. We’ll spend the evening wrapped in the magic of Fasel Shenstone’s imported vermouths—the perfect ingredient that turns a Manhattan, Rob Roy, or Boulevardier into something unforgettable. We will be tasting vermouths from classic Italian styles to innovative modern expressions that are all crafted to elevate cocktails and inspire creativity.

We are so lucky to be having this event at one of Seattle's most celebrated cocktail bars, Tavern Law. This beautiful bar creates craft drinks with precision and artistry and pours a story into every glass. Your evening will be filled with welcome bubbles, small snacks, an exceptional vermouth tasting, trivia for prizes, and the opportunity to pick your favorite vermouth to create your very own unique Bobby Burns cocktail!

Tavern Law has also graciously extended their famous HH menu to 6-7pm just for us! We are so excited to raise a glass with you this January 27th...spots are limited!
