Kori Santiago 19' had a love for 3 things, Columbus, Cars and Chicken Wings. In his honor, the Columbus Car Club, a student run club, is bringing these 3 together at this family friendly event. Visitors will enjoy great chicken wings, a car show, music, and much more. This event is a chance to come together and celebrate our great community while helping a worthy cause. Proceeds from this event will go to the My Kori Story Foundation, as they continue to do small random acts of kindness for mourning mothers and families within our local community and other communities in Florida.

Car Registration

SHOW CARS MUST arrive between 8:00AM - 8:30AM

Judging will be promptly at 12:00pm

• Collector Cars (at least 25 years old)

• Awards will be at 12:30PM
• Roll out will be at 1pm

Chicken Wing Grill-Off Registration

• Chicken wings must be bone-in
• All chicken must be cooked at the event
• Teams must supply their own table (no bigger at 9 ft. long), ingredients, equipment, and fuel (no electricity will be available)
• Chicken wings may be any flavor

Preparation & Appearance 25%

1. Was the wing over/undercooked?
2. Was the unintentionally wing too dry, soggy, or greasy (dry rubs qualify as intentional dry?
3. Was there unintentional burning (intentional burning would be grill marks or searing)?
4. Was the skin intact?
5. Is the overall look of the wing appetizing?

Overall Taste 75%

1. Was the flavor and texture perfect?
2. Was the sauce overwhelming or barely noticeable?
3. Did the sauce contain the intended "kick" (kick can be defined as flavor or spice)?
4. Did it have an aftertaste (desirable/undesirable)?
5. Most important...Did we want to eat the entire wing and ask for seconds?

• There is a total of 4 judges
• 3 wings per judge
• Judging will be promptly at 12:00pm
• 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place awards
