About This Event
Discover how to use ember and flame to create a woodland feast. Will include breads, fish, meats and vegetables.
Making use of embers and flames, grills, cast iron ovens, fry pans more, you'll be guided in making a range of savoury and sweet dishes. These will range from campfire classics to methods from around the world. Breads, cakes, stews, bakes, smoking and sizzling; you'll leave with a head full of reipes and the skills to use them.
