Cacao Circle with Restorative Yoga

Join me for a slow, heart-centered evening designed to gently guide you back into your body, your breath, and your inner world.

This circle is an invitation to soften, to slow down, and to return to the wisdom of your heart.

We’ll begin with a grounding welcome and ceremonial cacao, followed by restorative yoga, gentle somatic practices, and soft breath awareness to support nervous system regulation and emotional release. You’ll be guided into a deeply restful meditation, with space for quiet reflection and optional journalling.

This is not about fixing or forcing.
It’s about listening, feeling, and allowing. Come as you are & let this nourishing evening meet you where you are.

Who It’s For

Open to all levels.
Anyone who’s looking to quiet the mind and come back to your body. Especially supportive if you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, disconnected, or craving softness and space.

No previous experience with yoga, cacao, or meditation needed.

Please bring a journal & pen, a cosy layer, and anything that helps you feel comfortable (blanket, water, eye pillow, etc.)

Mats& props are provided but feel free to bring your own.
