Build your 2026 Roadmap for your Business

A clear roadmap, with defined actions and accountability, makes all the difference and will set you up for success. This workshop is designed to plan your business so it aligns with your life and goals.

This is an opportunity to set aside time to focus, receive guidance from Tammy, and build in some accountability amongst other business owners while you create a simple 4 page business plan.

Your 4 page plan will encompass your purpose, vision, mindmap and action steps for 2026.

What you can expect -

• You’ll receive detailed pre work to help you craft your purpose statement and strategic vision before the day.
• During the workshop, we’ll mind map your business while referring back to your vision and purpose, so you can brain dump everything out of your head and onto paper.-
• Tammy will ask targeted questions across each section to stretch your thinking and uncover opportunities.
• From there, you’ll create a clear action plan with deadlines and priorities so you move into 2026 with focus and momentum.
• We will explore ways that will work for you to keep you accountable and on track after you leave the workshop.
