Build-A-Bird: Hornbill Chicks

Introductory offer: £10 - to celebrate Art at the Heart's 10th birthday (look out for more special anniversary offers this year!)

Age guide: 5-7

Children will learn how to layer feathers, explore pattern and shape, and bring their bird to life with colourful, stitched and sculpted details.

For the day, they become sculptors, character designers and textile artists, creating baby birds full of texture and personality.

Tactile, imaginative and confidence building, each child takes home their own handmade hornbill chick to care for and keep.
