Brewing Science - Atlanta

Brewing Science is a hands-on workshop that explores the variables that impact coffee brewing. We will use pour over brewing to experiment with these variables and see how they affect coffee's strength, extraction, and overall flavor. 

Students will walk away with a basic understanding of manual coffee brewing, how to create a brewing recipe, and how to troubleshoot to get the most out of every cup.

Brewing Science is part of our Counter Intelligence Professional Development Program. This class is four hours, with a break midway through the session.
