Breathwork Practice: Deepening Your Practice

Take your breathwork journey to the next level. In this intermediate class, you’ll move beyond the basics into a continuous flow of guided breathwork designed to help you enter a deeper state of awareness.

Unlike Breathwork Beginner, which introduces techniques step by step, Breathwork Practice offers an uninterrupted practice session—giving you space to fully immerse yourself in the rhythm of the breath. Expect a more dynamic pace, longer holds, and a variety of techniques woven together into a seamless experience.

This class is perfect for those who already have some breathwork experience or who are ready for a stronger, more intentional practice. You’ll explore how breath can:

• Release built-up tension stored in the body
• Quiet the racing mind and strengthen focus
• Expand lung capacity and improve overall energy flow
• Open emotional pathways for clarity, release, and renewal

You’ll leave feeling grounded, centered, and energized—with a deeper sense of connection to both yourself and your breath.

Who can join: Adults and teens (13+) who are comfortable with beginner breathwork and ready for a more advanced flow.

What to bring: Comfortable clothing, yoga mat, water, bolster or pillow. Upright seating is available upon request.

About the Teacher

Roberto Suarez is a Yoga and Tai Chi instructor, business leader, and former star athlete who has dedicated his life to helping others find peace and balance through breathwork.

With decades of experience, Roberto has led more than 50,000 people in circular breathing at global healing events in Cuba, Mexico, and Australia. His compassionate, personalized sessions empower individuals from all walks of life to reduce stress, gain clarity, and enhance overall well-being.

Raised in Miami after his family emigrated from Cuba, Roberto comes from a legacy of excellence—his grandfather, Cappy, was one of Cuba’s greatest athletes, and his father, Roberto J., co-founded El Nuevo Herald. Despite his early success as a multi-sport athlete, Roberto felt something was missing. In the 1990s, he turned inward, realizing the need to release perfectionism and control. Breathwork became his path to peace.

He studied under pioneers such as Dan Brule, Sondra Ray, and Leonard Orr, eventually returning to Cuba in 2002 to share breathwork with thousands through OM Meditación Cuba. Today, Roberto blends his business acumen with holistic mastery as founder of el HappyBreath Center for Learning, where his eHB techniques guide people toward happiness, balance, and self-mastery.
