Join us for an evening of Breath and Sound Healing - a nourishing journey to calm the mind, clear your energy, and open yourself to inner peace and clarity.

We’ll begin with a few simple, grounding breathing exercises to help release tension, soothe the nervous system, and invite stillness within. From there, we’ll flow into a sound journey featuring chimes, crystal bowls, and Tibetan bowls - a deeply relaxing experience that allows the body and spirit to realign in harmony.

This is a beautiful opportunity to end the day with serenity, clarity, and an open heart. 🌬️🎶✨
