Scott and Linda Sharrock:

Scott and Linda Sharrock are the co-founders of KompleteCare Community and Home Care Services, bringing together extensive leadership experience across disability services, workforce management, and community care.

Scott Sharrock has more than 40 years’ experience in leadership and pastoral care and is an accredited ACC Chaplain. With over two decades working in disability and community services—including senior experience with Disability SA—Scott co-founded KompleteCare in 2014 with a clear vision: to deliver high-quality, person-centred support that enables individuals to live with dignity, independence, and choice. As Chief Executive Officer, Scott provides strategic leadership, ensuring the organisation operates with strong governance, ethical practice, and a commitment to service excellence.

Linda Sharrock brings a comprehensive operational background within the disability sector, having commenced her career as a Support Worker with Disability SA before progressing through senior roles including Supervisor, Program Coordinator, Acting Accommodation Manager, Training Officer, Recruitment Manager, and Manager of the Staff Daily Replacement Office. In this latter role, she led the coordination and performance of a workforce exceeding 300 support workers. Linda’s expertise spans service delivery, workforce planning, compliance, training, and quality assurance—key pillars underpinning KompleteCare’s operational strength.

Scott and Linda established KompleteCare in 2014, initially operating as a franchise before transitioning to full independent operations in 2018.
