Bound No More:

Have you ever noticed yourself thinking about someone long after they’re gone…

feeling heavy after a conversation…

or repeating emotional dynamics that don’t feel like “you”?

You may be experiencing energetic cords and attachments.

In this foundational class, we’ll explore what cords are, how they form, and how they influence our emotions, relationships, and energetic wellbeing. Then, we’ll learn how to safely release unhealthy cords — with clarity, authority, and love.

This class is not about fear, blame, or cutting people out.

It’s about sovereignty, discernment, and freedom.

✨ What we’ll cover:

✔ What energetic cords + attachments really are

✔ How cords form through relationships, trauma, and emotional dynamics

✔ The difference between healthy connection vs draining attachment

✔ Common myths about “cord cutting”

✔ Why releasing cords must be done gently and ethically

✔ What happens energetically when cords are released

🔵 Working with Archangel Michael

Together we will:

🕊 learn how to invite Archangel Michael into the process

🗡 understand his role as protector, guide, and boundary-keeper

🙏 practice language, intentions, and commands that keep the work aligned

✨ walk step-by-step through how to work with him to release attachments safely

You’ll learn how to:

• call him in clearly

• ask for protection + containment

• request removal of cords that are no longer serving

• seal and heal the space afterward

This will be guided instruction, discussion, and practice — not a deep trance meditation.

💛 You’ll leave with:

✔ tools to recognize when cords are present

✔ confidence in calling your energy back

✔ a step-by-step process you can use safely at home

✔ reassurance that you never have to do energetic work alone

This class is empowering, supportive, and perfect for empaths, sensitives, and healers — or anyone wanting healthier energetic boundaries.

No previous energy experience needed — just curiosity and an open heart.
