Join us for Booty & Balance – TGC x EMFIT, a feel good morning designed to leave you feeling strong, empowered and connected 💗

We have partnered up with Emily from EMFIT to bring our girls the ultimate uplifting start to the day. This event is all about moving your body, setting intentions and surrounding yourself with like minded women in a supportive space!

We will begin the morning with a quick welcome chat, where we will talk through the event, set the tone and get everyone feeling comfortable and excited for what’s to come.

Emily will then lead a legs, bums and tums workout suitable for all levels. Expect a fun, energising session that will challenge you in the best way and leave you feeling accomplished.

After the workout, we will move on to our “Goal Getter” session. With refreshments provided, you will have the opportunity to fill out your goal setting page, reflect on what you want to achieve and take intentional steps towards becoming your highest self. This is also your chance to socialise, connect and meet new friends within our community.
