Step into a nourishing evening of connection, reflection, and gentle energy healing.

This Reiki Share is a supportive, relaxed space to check in with your body, mind, and soul, reconnect with your intuition, and receive the healing benefits of Reiki in a small group setting.

Life can pull us in many directions, often leaving us disconnected from how we truly feel. This evening offers a chance to pause, soften, and tune back into yourself — without pressure or expectation.

We’ll begin with a guided workbook session designed to help you gently check in with your body, mental energy, and inner guidance. Through simple reflections, intuitive exercises, and quiet awareness, you’ll be invited to check in with yourself and notice what might benefit from Reiki support.

From there, you’ll be guided into a calming meditation and sound bowl healing experience, creating space for deep relaxation and presence. Following you’ll receive gentle Reiki energy healing in a small, intimate group setting, allowing your body to fully receive and restore.

No previous experience with Reiki, meditation, or energy work is required — this space is open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Through reflection, meditation, sound, and Reiki, you’ll be supported to:
