We are pairing up with ViDa Eats Catering for a Valentine's Day weekend pairing of 4 different dumplings pairied with 4 Bruz beers.
The pairings will be:
Dame Blanche Witbier paired with a Spiced Vegetable Dumpling
Dawg Daze IPA paired with a Chicken Curry Dumpling
Diablo Colorado Golden Strong Ale paired with a Pork and Ginger Dumpling
Quadrupel paired with a Beef and Caramelized Onion Dumpling
