DENTAL NURSES' STUDY DAY

We will be holding our Study Day for Dental Nurses on Thursday 26 March 2026, (0830 - 1650 - See programme as per link above)

CPD awarded: 6.75 points/hours

Dental Nurses are welcome and encouraged to book and attend the social events on the Wednesday and Thursday night. (See note below)

SOCIAL EVENTS

A fun-packed informal social night will be held on Wednesday 25 March in Lane 7 (The Bullring, Birmingham) On arrival you will receive a drinks voucher and a delicious hot and cold buffet will be served. The costs are included in the 3-Day conference package, if you have booked as a Day Delegate or Dental Nurse and wish to attend this fun evening, you must book your ticket separately via the online booking portal.

The Black-Tie Awards Dinner will be held on Thursday 26 March in the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel, The cost of this dinner is included in the 3-Day conference package, if you have booked to attend as a Day Delegate or Dental Nurse and wish to attend the dinner you must book your ticket separately via the online booking portal.

OPEN PAPER AND POSTER COMPETITION

The Open Paper presentations along with a Poster Exhibition will take place as part of the Conference. Applicants selected to present their Open Papers and display their Posters will be expected to attend the Conference. To find out more details Click here

LUNCHTIME MEETINGS

A variety of meetings will be held on Wednesday and Thursday during lunchtime, You do not need to book in advance to attend, however places are available on a first-come-first served basis in each room where they will be held.

CONFERENCE APP

Our Conference App will be available in at a future date so you can register your attendance at the Conference when you arrive. All Delegates who have booked their place at this Conference should download this App when available. We will send all booked Delegates a link to our Conference App a few weeks before the Conference starts.

REFUND POLICY

Regardless of the reason, refunds will include the ticket price less the system administration fees (which consists of payment processing fees and service fees combined).

1. A 75% refund will be given if your booking is cancelled on or before 1 December 2025.

2. A 50% refund will be given if your booking is cancelled between 2 December 2025 and 16 January 2026.

3. No refunds will be given if your booking is cancelled on or after 17 January 2026.
