With over 25 years experience on the mat, Leah will guide you through movement and breathwork to release tension, restore balance and delight in spaciousness (physically and mentally) that is the result of improved ki flow. During this event, you will experience a therapeutic and nourishing practice that will leave you feeling lighter, energised and peaceful. Suited to all levels of yoga experience, Leah will provide options for those who may not have the strength or flexibility of others. 🌸🕉️

As the Yoga session comes to an end, prepare to transcend into a sonic paradise as you surrender to the enchanting melodies of singing bowls, flutes, vocals, gongs, chimes, hand pan and other celestial instruments during our mesmerizing Sound Bath. Chris has facilitated hundreds of Sound Journeys and is extremely competant with his craft. He has invested heavily in an array of incredible instruments from all over the globe, and blends them with some carefully curated electronic elements to create soundscapes like no other in this field. Leah Cooper – (The Centre of Ki)

Leah is a Barossa local, and has her Yoga Studio operating in Angaston. Leah studied at the University of Wollongong, to become a Physical and Health education teacher. She completed her Rhoyo Yoga training with Andzej, the founder of Ryoho Yoga in 2007. To complement her yoga practice, she has also studied under Sensei Ken McLean at the Shin Sen Dojo in Sydney and has attained a Diploma in Ki Shiatsu. Leah also holds a Diploma in Macrobiotic Counselling and a Diploma in Zen Ki Yoga.

Chris Toms - (Harmonic Essence – Sound Healing & Vibrational Therapies)

Chris is a certified Sound Healer/Therapist, with the Sound Healing Academy (International) in the UK. He holds a Practitioner Diploma in Integral Sound Healing - Multi Instrument. He also has over 30 years experience as a performing musician. After holding space for hundreds of Sound Journeys, Chris can take you to a place of deep peace, and harmony. Using a combination of Clear Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, large Gongs, Healing percussion and drums, Native American Flute, vocal toning and Handpan to create a soundscape that can not only take you deep within yourself, but also to a place, far away from the day-to-day hustle and bustle of life.
