Bagels, brioche and Flat bread baking class

On this hands on masterclass you will learn to bake three types of bread. Including our delicious bagels, quite different to the stodge you buy in the supermarket, ours hold their shape and are more filling.

Our beautiful bagels have the perfect taste, texture and chew. Delicious on their own, or maybe top them with cream cheese and smoked salmon. These are a winner.

Our brioche is light, fluffy and sweet - perfect as a breakfast bread or to put your burger in, your choice.

Finally we'll show you how to very quickly make a flatbread with a couple of ingredients, so you're never without homemade bread for lunch.

As ever, it is all hands on, and no previous skills are necessary, but we would recommend the beginners class so you know all the basics as the doughs are quite different.
