We’ll explore the Five Elements as living landscapes within your body, beginning with Spring and the Wood Element.
Your body already speaks this language.
Experience Chinese Medicine from the inside out.
Feel that spring energy in the air? That’s the Wood Element stirring—the force of vision, growth, and new beginnings. But when your inner Wood is constrained, it can show up as irritation, indecision, or a sense of tightness and frustration in the body.
You may already know the relief of acupuncture—how balance can feel like a gift received.
This workshop invites you to discover something deeper: how to generate that balance from within.

If your sessions have opened the door to harmony, this 2-hour immersive experience teaches you how to move from being a recipient of care to an active, embodied partner in your healing.
We’ll explore the Five Elements as living landscapes within your body, beginning with Spring and the Wood Element. Through guided movement and reflection, we’ll awaken the Liver and Gallbladder pathways—the channels of clarity, direction, and momentum.

Learn the physical vocabulary of Qi—how stiffness becomes information, and breath becomes forward movement. - Seasonal Alignment

This is an invitation to listen inwardly—to recognize how your body speaks the language of balance, waiting for your attention.
