• Gentle arrival in the walled gardens
• Short grounding breathwork to connect with the spirit of Imbolc

11:10 – 11:25 – Imbolc Sensory Garden Walk

• Mindful nature walk to notice seasonal signs of new life
• Gathering inspiration for your personal “new beginnings”

11:25 – 11:45 – Traditional Brigid’s Cross-Making

• Craft protective Brigid's cross from sustainable materials[if reeds are not within a natural arms reach] to bless your home with prosperity, health, and peace.
• Connecting with nature by sensory actovities with the plant material

11:45 – 12:00 – Brigid Cloak Journaling

• Creative writing prompts & plant-based journaling materials
• Map your spring action goals and renewal themes

12:00 – 12:15 – Edible Seed Sowing: Seeds of Intention

• Plant microgreens or herbal seeds as a living reminder of your goals
• Take home your “intention seedlings” to nurture through spring

12:15 – 13:00 – Fire & Light Ritual

• Blend and sip a unique local irish herbal infusion
• Enjoy a gluten-free, low-sugar St Brigid’s Sweet Bannock
• Lighting candles to honour Brigid, symbolising the return of the sun and renewal of energy.
• Set fresh seasonal intentions during the ceremony
