About This Event
Awaken your body through sacred dance, ancestral voices, elemental ritual & sound. Move, receive, and return to embodied flow this Spring.
NURTURING THE SOIL OF OUR BODY
What does it mean to be in the Body and what it takes to be EMBODIED? As Spring has the Archetypal energy of Awakening, I invite you to inquire into what is stagnant and seeks internal/external movement.
Is it your creativity, the love you have wanted to share but felt afraid of, maybe the pain that you have been carrying longer than you expected or the longing for something you have no words for?
You are invited to a journey with The Sacred Fire and Water, with Sound and Movement. Encoded Voices is bringing you Ancient Polyphonic sounds/Sutartinės woven into mysteries and the wisdom of Nature for you to join in or simply receive. Move With Ingrid will take you on a guided Dance Journey, and at the end, Vetra will step in to offer a special, rare sound bath by Baltic psaltery/Kanklės.
Together, we will awaken energy and move toward joyous, easeful flow.
This is a Sacred gathering, and Your Intentions Matter.
We hope to see you on the Dance Floor.
Encoded Voices & Ingrid
This symbol in the poster represents fire and water in balance - two opposing forces woven into harmony. The serpents embody living natural powers, and the circular motion reflects the eternal cycles of nature. It is inspired by Baltic spiritual symbolism and the worldview preserved in Romuva tradition.

Guidance on the Dance Floor:
- Stay nourished: Bring a water bottle to support your journey.
- Barefoot connection: Step into the space without shoes—feel the ground beneath you and let your senses awaken.
- Wear what feels right: Choose clothing that allows you to move freely and comfortably.
- A space beyond words: The dance floor is a place for movement, not conversation. Let your body speak.
- Come as you are: This is a space for exploration—of self, of emotions, of movement. There is no right or wrong, only what is true for you in the moment.
- Respect and presence: Honor your own process and the journey of those around you. Move with awareness and care.
